Volunteer
Volunteers are integral to our work. From planting with kids in our school gardens, moving compost, to event and fundraising support, volunteers help our small but mighty team complete an enormous amount of work each year.

When your organization sponsors Backyard Growers, you deepen our impact while increasing your organization’s visibility in our community. Each year we seek community sponsors who are committed to building healthy, connected resilient communities.

Garden
If you are not eligible for our Backyard Garden Program, you can order a raised garden bed from our partners at Black Earth Compost. Order through Backyard Growers and we will receive 15% of the purchase price. You are also able to donate a raised garden bed to a family or senior in our community with your purchase directly from Black Earth Compost when you select “Give a Garden Get a Garden Partnership or a Cause.”
