Want to help build gardens for Gloucester families, organize volunteer programs, lead community workshops and teach school programs? We are looking for a Youth Education Coordinator and a Community Engagement Coordinator to join us from Sept 2017-Aug 2018 through TerraCorps.
The Community Engagement Coordinator (CEC) helps coordinate all of our community and backyard garden programs. From organizing community workshops, to weekly communications with our gardeners, the CEC interacts works hand-on with community members to make fresh garden produce a reality for all families in Gloucester.
The Youth Education Coordinator (YEC) works with both our school and community teams to coordinate and lead youth programs in and out of school environments. From managing the garden and youth programs at Riverdale Park community garden, to leading Salad Days/Fall Harvest Days at several of our schools, the YEC is an important part of making our programs accessible to youth in many contexts throughout the year.

Do you want to hang out with awesome urban gardening warriors and gain stand-out community organization skills? Then intern with us this summer! Our urban agriculture interns participate in all our programs and generally learn everything we do! Application deadlines for our Summer 2017 internship program is April 15th.
