Marshview Farm* - Marshview Farm was acquired in 2016 in order to preserve and protect the unique and vital landscape within the Great Marsh. Marshview Farm’s 500 acres consists of woodlands, fertile fields, tidal marshes, and freshwater ponds. The land was farmed from the early 1700s until becoming part of the Crane Estate in the early 1900s. Marshview Farm is endeavoring to bring back that heritage with sustainable farming and husbandry to the benefit of the North Shore community.
